I can't make out the first one but the second looks like
矢下勇道 or 矢下勇運
I could be wrong, I'm on my phone and it's hard to make out!

Oh and the first kanji on the other one looks to be 竹, in a more cursive script.

The two on the left are Chikuyo.

Top right, no idea.

Does anyone know more about Isamo Yashita, particularly his years of activity?
