good android tuning app for shakuhachi

ive seen lots but not so sure which one i like, do you have any favorites or recommendations?
do you have any that is especially useful for shakuhachi making?

Cleartune is my favorite, but I don't know about for construction. It has a needle damp that can be helpful and also has a digital freq display.
