Thanks for posting, Felix, I didn't even know this was "out".
I was having a little trouble with the wind (if you know the piece you'll notice I started twice Confused ) but it was very special to play in such a gorgeous and powerful place (deep in the rice fields in Bali)

I don't know the piece. I just thought "Wow" this guy is so cool with his timing that he can pause effortlessly!
It's a lovely piece, what is it called?

It's one of the main Honkyoku pieces: Honshirabe.

Beautiful. Playing outside is an education, as though the sound is meant to blend into your surroundings, and no help acoustically from the odd well-placed wall!!

Okay It's more challenging, but that's were the Shakuhachi truly belongs...
