Event reviews in the European Shakuhachi Society Newsletter

I have an article in the latest issue of the European Shakuhachi Society Newsletter, Volume 3, 2014, entitled Reflections on the Yokoyama Katsuya Memorial Festival, which was an event held last August commemorating the first international shakuhachi festival, which was held 20 years ago in Bisei town , Okayama prefecture, Japan, and another article in the previous ESS Newsletter, Volume 2, entitled Looking Back At the World Shakuhachi Festival in Kyoto 2012, which is basically a summary of an originally much longer article where I interviewed 23 shakuhachi players living in Japan and who attended WSF 2012 regarding their views on that event.
