Shakuhachi font for Mac
Have to check with Darren Stone on this in particular on this, but I thought I'd open up the wider question.

I want to write out some non-shakuhachi tunes and a few obscure smaller pieces I've learned.

Can anyone assist in finding me a shakuhachi font, preferably that also has the Tozan variations that works on newer iMac?

Thanks, folks. Okay

Here is a Kinko notation font for Mac : Z-ShakuKana.sit.
I'm afraid it doesn't exist for Tozan (would be very interested if someone made it...)

Yes, I'd like to see Tozan and Taizan Ha/Tokuyama fonts (the later would be easiest). Maybe someday.

Thank you for the link!

The day has arrived! I updated my shakuhachi web page to include downloadable font files for both Zensabo and Tozan notation!!!. http://shakuhachi.atspace.cc/fonts.html

It includes instructions on how to download and use.

Coming up is a tutorial on how to make your own font files for free. The tough part is figuring out how to do it without paying $$$'s for adobe Illustrator, after that it's all grunt work.

P.S. What is Taizan Ha/Tokuyama?
