My friend, Russian flute maker got Japanese instrument for repair. Here is the hanko of the flute. Anybody knows what is it? Who made this flute originally?

Looks to me like:
春
龍
[Lit. "spring dragon"]
According to the database this is a Tozan maker going by Shun-ryu.
