ESS Shakuhachi Forum interests you, especially some subjects, but you don't want to spend your time watching what happens there.
You can be notified via email when a new message is posted in a topic that interests you. Just click on the link "Watch this topic for replies" at the bottom left of each topic.
Ditto to watch a forum and be notified whenever a new topic is created : just click on the link "Watch this forum for new topics" at the bottom right of each forum.
