Muraiki

Is there any head- and/or movement of the flute besides the breathing technique for Muraiki? When I try to get it in an Ro otsu position I hear nothing, literally.

I think position of the tongue in the middle of the mouth is a good way to obtain muraiki without using too much air. But I don't move the instrument.
