Is this a known hanko? Any informations on the maker? I found it on an 1.6 Kinko shakuhachi. Didn't find it in the hanko database. The flute seemsto be old with some old repairs.

The top kanji appears to be 鈴 which may be pronounced rin or rei or suzu and means 'small bell.' Unfortunetaly, it's not possible to make a guess at the second kanji. You can see the maker Rinfu on the database. The first kanji, though stylized differently, and newer than yours, seems to be the same.
