A shakuhachi drive-by

So there I was listening to random gangsta rap, when all of a sudden a shakuhachi shows up. I had to pause the track to check that my Itunes hadn't started in the background. Can anybody tell me whose ha (right?) starts playing at 0.03 on the track Untitled by Nas? My google-fu has failed me as of yet.
