A few weeks late but... Happy Chinese New Year, Everyone!!!
Time again for my annual cartoon for the new year, shakuhachi included (but of course).

Thanks again, Perry. This cartoon is done with descent quality colored pencils on expensive watercolor paper.
It is punctuated, as most cartoons are, with a simple black outline of fine-point Sharpie pen. A doodle for sure.
It would make a nice tattoo for anyone born in the Year of the Snake, who also plays shakuhachi or dong-xiao.
In fact, be my guest, any snakes out there who fancy this design for their next tattooing adventure.
